Timothy Evans & Sports

Even at a young age Timothy Evans was always interested in exercise and sports. Growing up in Frankfort Michigan, running had always been a part of Timothy’s regimen. He has been a hockey enthusiast, faithful to the Detroit Red Wings, and avid Michigan State University football and basketball supporter for most of his life, sharing his passions with his children along the way.

For Evans, running has provided a mechanism to relieve stress. It was also his first love in exercise. Since high school, Evans runs frequently with occasional weight lifting. Now, Timothy runs a couple days a week to keep his heart going and to stay active. Evans and his wife often utilize their 10 acres in Traverse City, Michigan to run alongside their two year old dog, Jack. Jack is a 40 pound Spanish water dog who frequently joins Timothy for his daily runs. Timothy’s wife and him enjoy exercising and motivating one another, specifically with the 21 day fix. The 21 day fix is a seven day-a-week workout program designed to teach people how to eat healthier and how to incorporate exercise as a part of their daily routine. Together, every morning at 5am, they practice their half hour workout, which is condensed with intense aerobics, stretching, cardio and weightlifting.
